Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensed NP or PA.

• Experience with EHR systems and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a patient panel.
• Perform patient history, examinations, tests and interpret results to guide diagnoses.
• Provide education and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Precept nursing and PA students; participate in education programs.
