The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center VA Healthcare System, Florida, is seeking an experienced Physician in Gastroenterology with excellent general GI skills and advanced endoscopy/endoUS capabilities.

This position supports outpatient GI and endoscopy, resident education, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Applicants should be board certified or eligible in Gastroenterology, possess a valid US license, and enjoy a role with academic and clinical

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Physician licensed in the United States and eligible for VA appointment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Gastroenterology duties including clinic and endoscopy.
• Supervision of trainees and staff as part of the clinical team.
• Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and committees.
• Collaborate with nurses and ancillary staff to ensure timely access to care.
