The role emphasizes cost-effective delivery, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior leaders to drive efficiency and growth across the practice sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or required in clinical or administrative field.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in physician practice billing, coding, or quality assurance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of one or more gastro practice sites.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery of quality patient care and monitor financial/operational growth goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency and strategic plans across the practice(s).
