Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor for Gastroenterology to oversee day-to-day operations at a BHMG site. The role requires coordination with practice physicians and other BHMG staff to maintain high-quality office standards.

The supervisor will lead clerical and clinical staff, work with management on staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, and safety procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of relevant experience with degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Days with day-to-day operations of a BHMG site.
• Interact daily with practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community.
• Supervise clerical and clinical staff to maintain quality medical office standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and safety procedures.

Education
