Position Overview

Neuco is seeking a Lead Laborer to join our team. The Lead Laborer performs general labor tasks such as excavating, trenching, and shoring, works around heavy equipment, and assists in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily job tasks.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily tasks
• Accurately submit daily reports on job activities in a timely manner
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules
• Ensure compliance with industry and customer operating procedures, safety, and quality standards
• Step in to lead the crew in the absence of the Foreman to maintain operations
• Maintain all required Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership

What You'll Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the gas utility industry
• Experience interpreting plans and blueprints
