COMMERCIAL CONCRETE or FRAMING

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a bonus)
• Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with foremen & supervisors on multiple jobsites
• Provide support for project managers and foremen
• Communicate with Logistics regarding equipment and material deliveries
• Ensure correct materials are on the jobsites prior to work beginning
• Perform all construction practices in accordance with industry standards; follow and enforce OSHA safety protocols, including bi-weekly toolbox talks with crews
• Learn and utilize East River's project management software
• Identify tools and materials necessary for each scope of the construction process (primarily concrete & framing)
• Keep jobsites clean and organized; conduct final walkthrough upon job completion
• Willing to travel
