Centuri is hiring a Gas Utility Laborer in the United States. You will work outdoors with a foreman and skilled teammates to learn trenching, excavating, and safety practices while providing essential utility support.

This paid training lasts 1–4 weeks, with on-the-job development and potential further training after about 6 months. Expect weekly payroll, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Strong desire to learn a new trade

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
