Job summary

Centuri is hiring a Gas Utility Laborer to receive 1-4 weeks of paid training and work under an experienced Foreman. You will operate in the field, gain hands-on experience, and build a foundation in the gas utility trade, with opportunities to develop skills in excavating, trenching, and shoring.

A valid driver’s license is required and English fluency is expected at the work site. The role offers paid on-the-job training, weekly payroll, and benefits including health insurance and retirement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong desire to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
