Job summary

Centuri is hiring a Gas Utility Laborer. You will work outdoors at utility sites, learning essential gas utility skills with 1–4 weeks of paid training and on-the-job guidance from an experienced Foreman. Opportunities exist to advance after initial training.

You will use hand tools, handle equipment, and maintain safety protocols while supporting a growing utility contractor nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong desire to learn a new trade and grow in the gas utility field.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
