Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Performs basic work using clearly prescribed procedures.
• Responds to customer requests for service including connections and disconnections as qualified.
• Informs customers of needed repairs and ensures understanding and satisfaction with work.
• May disconnect service and pursue delinquent account collections.
• Installs, programs, and operates Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment as needed.
• Assists with activities to ensure responsiveness to natural gas and other emergencies.
• Completes and maintains accurate records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• May read meters and record usage for billing.
