Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service requests including connections/disconnections as operator qualified.
• Informs customers of needed repairs and confirms satisfaction with work.
• Installs, programs, and operates Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment.
• Completes records to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Reads meters and records usage for billing.
• May hold stand-by duty, shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Operates company vehicle safely and reports safety issues.
