Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations in Little Canada, MN seeks a Service Design / builders call line liaison to coordinate OH to UG conversions, transfers, relocations and removals. You will act as the main liaison between homeowners, project managers and Xcel Energy, guiding construction requirements and project status.

The role emphasizes clear communication, handling high-volume calls, and ensuring technical details are understood by customers. A customer-service background in utilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, utility services, construction coordination, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, or service standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OH to UG service conversions, transfers, relocations and removals; manage timelines and inspections with internal teams and external partners.
• Serve as liaison between Xcel Energy and customers; provide guidance on construction requirements, service standards, and project status.
• Communicate technical information clearly; manage high-volume inbound calls and inquiries.
• Identify and resolve issues related to delays, permitting, billing, or service application discrepancies; interpret policies.
• Ensure requests comply with standards, safety, regulatory and permitting requirements; identify improvement opportunities.
