Primoris Gas Operations in Minnesota seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex utility infrastructure projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will oversee planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout for underground and overhead systems, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

You will coordinate via Primavera P6 or MS Project, engage with customers and stakeholders, and mentor project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in utility construction.
• Experience with underground/overhead electric or natural gas utility projects.
• Budgeting, scheduling, subcontractors, and customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, developers, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead complete project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, closeout, restoration.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Develop and monitor detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and field operations.
• Review construction documents and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Partner with estimating to develop competitive project estimates and pricing.
• Secure permits, easements, and regulatory approvals; ensure compliance.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and forecasting; keep within budget.
