Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking an Inspector to plan, coordinate and inspect fieldwork performed by outside contractors to ensure work conforms to company standards, specifications and schedules. This role focuses on gas mains, service lines and meter-related work in a hybrid setting based in Jonesboro, AR.

The Inspector will oversee project plans, review blueprints, approve invoices, and coordinate contractor crews while maintaining safety and accuracy across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school or GED.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of related gas construction experience.
• Plan projects and ensure compliance; may assign and complete work orders in SAP.
• Observe and inspect all phases of work performed by contractors to assure conformance with company standards and procedures.
