Job summary

Atmos Energy is seeking a field service worker to support gas service connections, disconnections, and basic customer inquiries. The role involves installing and operating Wireless Meter Reading equipment and maintaining accurate records.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to meet safety and OQ requirements. The position may require shift work and on-call duties in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must maintain OQ certifications and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service requests including connections and disconnections.
• Install and operate Wireless Meter Reading equipment.
• Record usage for billing and prepare reports to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance and support emergency response when needed.
• May drive company vehicle and work outdoors in varying conditions.
