The role blends engineering expertise with program management, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of gas turbine services experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in gas turbine services, MRO, power generation, or engine leasing with maintenance planning exposure.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, risk assessment and margin awareness.
• Fluent technical writing and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gas turbine maintenance events, supplier performance and cost control.
• Maintain maintenance histories, technical records, repair documentation, and closeout records.
• Identify opportunities to improve turnaround, costs, reliability and service delivery.
• Analyze technical and parts issues in turbine repair and provide solutions.
• Report engine repair progress and estimated return-to-service dates.
• Liaise with engine shops, customers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Field Service, Production and external providers to resolve issues and verify deliverables.
