Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC is seeking an experienced IGT-HSC Operations Supervisor to lead site operations for gas turbines. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, plan projects, and drive on-time delivery while improving service quality and efficiency.

The role requires leadership experience, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration across teams. Availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is needed to meet customer commitments at the Houston site.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Industrial Gas Turbine experience.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and software (e.g., Microsoft, CAD, ERP).
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages site and safety initiatives and supports daily programs.
• Drives accountability and adheres to policies to safeguard employees’ well-being.
• Implements and develops operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Reports and diagnoses repairs on malfunctioning equipment and assesses turbine readiness.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors for project planning and execution.
• Plans and ensures repair time commitments are met or exceeded.
