Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced IGT-HSC Operations Supervisor to lead gas turbine service delivery and site operations. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet on-time delivery and quality goals.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial gas turbines, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with ERP/CAD tools. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and software (e.g., Microsoft, CAD, ERP).
• 7–10 years of Industrial Gas Turbine experience.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages and supports site and safety initiatives, including JSAs and daily programs.
• Drives accountability and adheres to policies and procedures to safeguard employees and promote operational excellence.
• Implements and develops operational strategies aligned with the division’s business and people strategies.
• Reports, diagnoses, and executes essential repairs on malfunctioning equipment and assesses operational readiness of gas turbines.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors related to area project planning for gas turbines and equipment.
• Plans and ensures repair time commitments are met or exceeded.
• Drives operational labor efficiency and optimization to lower costs and increase output.
• Manages vendor and customer communication inquiries pertaining to repairs.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and safety regulations; supports RCAs.
