Pacifico Energy is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager specialized in gas turbines for power generation projects that integrate gas turbines, PV solar, BESS, and other technologies to meet the energy demands of large industrial facilities and data centers.
The role entails design, installation, operation, and maintenance of gas turbine systems, optimizing performance, ensuring reliability, and addressing technical challenges in energy production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or power engineering; master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on mechanical engineering experience with gas turbines in power generation.
- Familiarity with heavy-duty, aero-derivative, and industrial gas turbines and their auxiliary systems.
Responsabilités
- Design and develop gas turbine systems and subsystems for power projects.
- Analyze performance using real-time data and simulations to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of turbine systems.
- Lead project management and coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and suppliers.
- Provide expert technical support during operation and troubleshooting.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and industry compliance.
