Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Materials/Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years in materials engineering, metallurgy, failure analysis, or materials characterization.
  • Hands-on experience investigating metallic component failures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead failure analysis and RCA on gas turbine components.
  • Perform advanced materials characterization and fracture investigations.
  • Provide technical recommendations to improve fleet reliability and performance.
  • Prepare reports, assessments, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, service engineering, and customers on reliability initiatives.
