Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Gas Scheduler to perform daily scheduling functions for pipelines and plant assets. You will handle nominations, confirmations, and allocations while managing daily imbalances with producers, shippers, and pipelines to comply with contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 0–2 years for Associate, 2–5 years for Gas Scheduler, or 5+ years for Senior level positions. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years of directly related experience for Associate level; 2–5 years for Gas Scheduler level; 5+ years for Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Nominate, confirm, and schedule volumes in transaction systems or spreadsheets meeting daily cycle deadlines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide prompt courteous service to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with shippers, Gas Control, Operations, Accounting, Marketing and Commercial groups to ensure smooth flow of daily/monthly business.
• Manage moderately complex offload interconnects with analysis and reporting for contractual/volumetric obligations.
• Manage shipper and OBA imbalances on a daily basis.
• Support plant and pipeline operations during upsets, maintenance, or weather events to maintain alignment of flow volumes and nominations.
• Assist Accounting Close with scheduling-generated spreadsheets for invoicing.
