Job summary

DDS Engineering and Surveying, LLP (DDSE) is seeking a Gas Project Engineer to contribute to civil engineering for natural gas infrastructure, including design, permitting and field activities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in gas or utility design, proficiency with AutoCAD, Word and Excel, and strong communication skills to interact with clients, officials and contractors. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or substantial equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in natural gas or utility design is preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Word and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of civil engineering for natural gas infrastructure.
• Manage design, engineering, permitting and approvals for projects.
• Perform field-based activities as necessary.
