Job summary

DDS Companies is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive technical delivery for natural gas facility projects in a primarily office-based role with some travel. You will oversee design, permitting, and documentation, while coordinating teams and engaging with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in natural gas facilities engineering and a PE license, with strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• PE license strongly preferred; highly qualified non-PE candidates with significant natural gas facilities experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of related engineering/project delivery experience in natural gas facilities, utility, or energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design delivery for natural gas facility projects, including stations and piping modifications.
• Oversee deliverables: plans, specs, calculations, permitting packages, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and client/stakeholder interactions to keep projects moving.
