Job summary

Gastech in Sapulpa, OK is seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead day-to-day gas processing skid assembly, coordinating personnel, materials, and workflows to meet drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong reading of P&IDs and drawings, safety focus, quality mindset, and collaboration with engineers, QA, and project management to optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial assembly or skid fabrication leadership preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics.
• Experience leading a skilled workforce in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assembly activities for gas processing skids and related equipment.
• Assign work based on priorities, skills, and schedule commitments.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and work orders to ensure correct assembly.
• Coordinate mechanical and piping assembly, including valves, fittings, and instruments.
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting schedule, quality, or cost.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; lead toolbox talks and inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Project Management.
• Identify process improvements to reduce rework and boost productivity.
