Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a qualified professional to support gas process improvement initiatives and safety compliance across multiple operations. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, safety, and operations to identify opportunities, analyze data, and implement risk-based improvements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, regulatory awareness, and hands-on involvement in incident investigations and training. Office-based with field exposure as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in process improvement, risk management, or safety/compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and state compliance requirements (CT/MA/NH) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with program administrators on gas process improvement efforts.
• Interacts with subject matter experts to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develops knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Participates in committees focused on process safety and compliance.
• Creates clear written and verbal communications and prepares reports.
