Job summary

Washington Gas is seeking a Pressure Technician I to support the safe operation of pressure-regulating equipment at GSO facilities. You will gain hands-on experience with regulator stations, inspection duties, and general maintenance in a team environment.

The role requires basic technical background, at least 18 months of hands-on experience, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:30AM-3:00PM (EST), with potential travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred with technical training.
• At least 18 months of hands-on technical experience using tools.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, and technical documents.
• Intermediate computer skills and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintenance under supervision.
• Assist with operation and maintenance of GSO facilities (regulator stations).
• Perform periodic inspections and complete installation work for facilities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; communicate with team.
