Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Field Service Technician in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, testing and inspecting gas equipment, and coordinating with service teams to ensure safe delivery to customers. On-call shifts and travel within the territory are required.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a drug-free environment. Prior diagnostic/repair experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work on call 24/7.
• 4+ years diagnostic/repair experience in cryogenics, high pressure piping, brazing, electrical circuits, refrigeration, PLCs, and process instrumentation.
• ASSE 6015 or CGA M1 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, and inspect Airgas or customer equipment storage and distribution systems.
• Build alignment with outside service providers and internal teams on installations and removals.
• Maintain records, prepare billing information and related costs.
• Adhere to safety procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
