Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time matriculated and nationally accredited bachelor’s or graduate program.
• Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost initiatives linked to plant metrics.
• Evaluate production areas to identify improvements and implement them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality.
• Apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards and procedures for safe production equipment usage.
