The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a state license where applicable. Strong troubleshooting, computer skills, and communication abilities are required; safety training and MASS/POSS programs

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience.
• Tier 2 within primary skill for position job performance measure.
• Demonstrate computer based skills.
• Demonstrate effective oral & verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations functions and preventive/corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and document issues; assist in problem resolution on shift.
• Perform daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration, repair/replacement and installation of plant equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health and environmental procedures (Lockout/Tagout, JSA, Confined Space, Hot Work).
• Provide instruction to lower level employees as needed.
