Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP in Midland, TX is seeking Field Service Technicians to maintain and repair natural gas compression equipment for pipeline and terminal operations. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability in remote field environments.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in engines, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor, remote, and sometimes harsh environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must provide own small hand tools.
