Job summary

Xcel Energy in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking an Associate for Gas Operations for a 6-month assignment at the Pueblo Service Center. The role provides technical and administrative support and serves as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating with field crews and contractors to keep projects on schedule.

Required is a High School diploma or equivalent; preferred are experience with UKG, SAP, Word and Excel, plus strong organizational and budgeting-related tasks such as accounts

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Experience with UKG, SAP, Word & Excel preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable, timekeeping, and expense reconciliation preferred.
• Phone answering and routing calls experience is helpful.
• Office supply ordering and mail handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide moderately complex technical and administrative support.
• Support managers, coordinators, designers, planners, technicians, and other personnel.
• Coordinate with outside companies to ensure utility work proceeds as scheduled.
• Audit and reconcile contractor and company crew accounts for accuracy.
