Job summary

Peoples Gas System in Florida (Tampa or St. Petersburg) seeks a Supervisor Gas Operations M&R to oversee SCADA, Gas Operations Technicians, and related maintenance programs.

The role requires 10+ years in gas transmission/distribution engineering and strong regulatory knowledge; leadership, budgeting, and troubleshooting are essential; the position offers a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in Gas Transmission/Distribution engineering, design, operations, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations and DOT requirements for natural gas.
• Ability to guide and coach operations staff and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains SCADA and related systems functionality and analytics.
• Oversees Gas Operations Technicians and dispatches I/C Technicians as needed.
• Monitors volumes, nominations, and process improvements within Gas Management System.
