Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Willow. The role supports the Gas Engine POD across Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly.

Training is emphasized with a 4-day program (JET101) and hands-on learning to acclimate you to our industry and culture. A safe environment and personal growth opportunities are highlighted, with a 40+ hour work week and overtime possibilities.

We strive to provide you with all necessary tools and skills to become successful in your role. We provide a 4-day training program (JET101) and have additional hands-on training. Our training programs will help you get acclimated to your new role, the automotive industry, and JASPER's culture.

The Gas Engine POD is divided into areas: Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly. Each member is trained to work in multiple positions in each area to allow rotation each day. These stations require an individual who is a decision-maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment and must have good hand dexterity.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, typical hours are 6:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. with possibility of Friday overtime and the occasional Saturday.
