Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• AutoCAD or similar CAD program experience required.
• Strong MS Office skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform project scoping, design, and cost estimation for pipeline assets.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and company standards.
• Provide construction support for safe project execution.
• Collaborate with PM, Operations, and vendors through the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project tracking lists with status.
• Prepare design drawings and service-related spreadsheets.
• Develop and review operating procedures and Stage Gate docs.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and trainings.
