Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an Engineer to plan, design, and support gas infrastructure projects in Denver. The role involves project scoping, cost estimation, regulatory compliance, and construction support for new and replacement pipeline assets.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with 49 CFR Part 192 and internal standards. CAD software will be used to design installations and produce construction-ready drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software.
• Working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 192 and pipeline safety regulations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scope engineering projects using inputs from Operations, Asset Management, regulatory drivers, and capital planning.
• Coordinate with Project Management to support scheduling, budgeting and execution planning.
• Interface with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery.
• Use CAD to design new pipeline installations and replacement assets; develop construction-ready drawings and packages.
