Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to gas emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair of gas distribution systems.
• Perform customer service tasks such as gas turn-ons/offs and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records, process service orders, and coordinate with Blue Stake/contractors.
• Safely operate field equipment and vehicles per licensing and safety requirements.
• Provide training to Gas Operations staff as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, shift work, and holidays.
