Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Mechanical Technician II to ensure proper operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressor station systems. This field-oriented role requires strong safety discipline and the ability to work with contractors when needed.

The position emphasizes adherence to Enbridge Safety Policies, effective communication, and cooperation within a team while maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of directly relevant training and experience.
• Must demonstrate a detailed understanding of Enbridge Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of station systems (air, air dryer, fuel, cooling, gas compression, prime mover).
• Recognize and react to abnormal conditions and complete reports accurately.
• Work safely and participate in safety programs.
• Provide guidance to contractors or less experienced staff as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and O&M manuals and company policies.
