Eversource seeks a seasoned Gas Maintenance Supervisor in Norwalk, CT to lead field crews and coordinate maintenance and construction for its gas distribution systems. You will oversee scheduling, safety, and compliance while coordinating with customers and officials.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in gas distribution, and experience supervising crews. Travel to job sites, on-call rotations, and a focus on safety are key aspects of the position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Gas Distribution or field service operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage Gas Maintenance and Construction field workload with coordination and scheduling.
• Supervise in-house crews and contractors in gas distribution operations.
• Communicate with customers and officials about utility construction, operations, maintenance and service delivery.
• Serve as on-scene supervisor to outages; classify gas leaks and ensure procedures are followed.
