Avista Corporation in Spokane, WA seeks a Customer Project Coordinator for the Gas Facilities Replacement Program to design, plan, and coordinate replacement of Aldyl A pipe, supervise contract crews, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, coordination with stakeholders, a valid driver’s license, and experience in GIS/planning; in-person presence is required to support team and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Journeyman Card preferred.
• College level degree or Journeyman Card preferred.
• Valid driver's license; travel across Avista service territory.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and coordinate installation and replacement of Aldyl A pipe.
• Pre-design right-of-way field planning with underground utility stakeholders.
• Supervise contract crews to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Monitor progress and contractor invoicing for work performed.
