Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical test/assembly, or heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

• Able to read drawings, prints, and engineering specifications.
• Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, and stay active through a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, reassemble, and test moderate to highly complex natural gas engine and compressor equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and repair components using manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
• Read detailed prints and engineering specs, and use micrometers, dial calipers, and dial indicators to verify work.
• Set up and run test operations to confirm equipment meets spec before it ships.
• Conduct risk assessments before operations and material movements.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized, and follow all EHS policies and regulations.
