Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized Gas Distribution Project Coordinator to support field operations and back-office tasks. You will coordinate call-outs, monitor progress, manage materials, and participate in safety and scheduling meetings.

This role combines office work with field travel, requires a valid driver’s license, and offers benefits including health insurance, 401k, vacation, and holiday pay. OT may be available based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the natural gas distribution field.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards in the gas industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, FSM, Codex, or other project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
• Must be able to lift materials up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve call-outs and crewing issues to ensure uninterrupted field operations.
• Monitor job progress and schedule changes, adjusting resources as needed.
• Manage materials inventory, including tracking quantities, types, and stock levels.
• Participate in UGI scheduling and operational meetings.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols, including PPE usage, training, and audits.
• Picking up materials at UGI locations
• Conduct mark-in-white field visits (approx. 1.5 full days of driving weekly).
• Manage PA One Call responsibilities and ensure timely responses.
• Handle all claims processes, including internal damage reports and alleged violation reports within 3-day deadlines.
• Resolve fleet issues such as breakdowns, tows, and equipment changes.
• Coordinate IT issues, replacements, and equipment distribution.
• Maintain and organize all project-related paperwork, including job plans and UGI job packets.
• Review and document daily units and revenue by crew in Excel.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in Codex entries (timesheets, leave requests, equipment logs).
• Utilize FSM for dispatching and assigning field tasks.
• Oversee invoicing and Comdata processes.
