Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or BS Engineering Technology.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Gas distribution engineering knowledge helpful.
• Willingness to travel between Massachusetts and Connecticut as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Safety Sensitive position - random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, plan, design, maintain, and operate gas distribution systems and equipment.
• Coordinate evaluation of system failures and resolutions for unplanned maintenance.
• Ensure gas distribution systems meet safety, reliability, cost, and environmental standards.
• Share accountability for the strategy, development, and design of the gas distribution system Life Cycle Plan.
• Develop tactical plans and implement strategic plans to reduce risk and improve asset condition.
