Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Project Manager to support E&C's engagement across gas project development activities at our Federal Hub efforts — from early-stage technical assessments through construction readiness and project execution. This onsite role will be a 1-year contract with an immediate focus on project reporting development and implementation.

You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain, coordinating SME inputs, tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of energy project development or large capital construction experience.
• Experience with project controls, schedule development, and owner-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support E&C participation in technology reviews, preliminary engineering, and contracting for gas hub projects.
• Coordinate SME inputs for site configuration, constructability, and interconnection scopes.
• Track development milestones and flag construction-phase dependencies early.
• Maintain schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Manage E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Provide progress reporting to the Owner with schedule, cost, risk content.
