Job summary
Honeywell Gas Detection is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Austin, TX to support customers and internal teams. You will diagnose and resolve advanced hardware/software issues, train field personnel, and develop technical knowledge resources while documenting all activity for traceability.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on field service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and field service operations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to Internal & External Customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software and resolve complex equipment problems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues; document analysis work.
- Coordinate with Technical Support & Engineering for advanced resolution.
- Report on analysis work in a timely, detailed manner.
- Maintain safety, service quality and customer satisfaction through collaboration.
