Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas Twinsburg is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Fillers & Loaders and oversee gas cylinder filling operations for liquid, medical and high-pressure gas products in compliance with all regulations.

You will provide daily feedback to the Hub Plant Manager and Site Manager and ensure safe, accurate labeling, documentation and on-time delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team (preferred).
• 1-3 years – leadership in a similar role (preferred).
• 4-6 years; 7-9 years in related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Fillers & Loaders.
• Ensure safe filling of gas cylinders per procedures.
• Label cylinders accurately and maintain documentation.
• Comply with FDA, company policies during fill process.
• Drive safety culture and compliance with hazardous materials standards.
• Monitor Kanbans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify training needs and develop cross-training plans.
• Oversee Helium Transfill operations.
