Job summary

• Ability to perform mathematical exercises of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing process per Work Instructions.
• Adjust reactants, operate valves, and control flow rates, temperatures and pressures to meet specifications.
• Fill finished product into cylinders or coordinate with Gas Filling Department.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on gas/chemical manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain daily inventory production records and raw material inventory.
• Notify supervisor when maintenance requires higher expertise; suggest process/equipment changes to improve efficiency or quality.
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and calibrate scales; notify quality problems.
