Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in Lima, OH is hiring a Gas Contractor Resource Analyst II to oversee contractor teams on complex gas distribution projects. You will ensure safe, compliant work within contract terms and schedules, verify qualifications, and monitor performance through audits and JSOs.

You will coordinate invoicing approvals and support field operations with proactive communication to maintain customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Oversee contractor teams on complex gas distribution construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules with contractors and internal resources.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with contract terms, construction standards, environmental regulations and schedules.
• Verify contractor qualifications including OQ qualifications.
• Observe and document contractor crew performance through evaluations, audits, and JSOs.
• Review project status against schedule and prepare regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution to design, material and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication regarding property access and outages.
• Review and approve supplier invoicing through company systems.
• Assist local offices to support various activities as needed.
• May assume supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor.
