Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspector I to support gas distribution projects in the field. You will use GPS to capture main and service as-builts, verify contractor work against standards, and coordinate with developers, builders and customers.

The role requires strong construction knowledge and the ability to work independently. Key tasks include site coordination, data entry into CORE, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of construction-related experience.
• Knowledge of fusion equipment (Socket, Butt, Saddle).
• Knowledge of gas installation codes and company standards.
• Ability to read maps and use a field locator.
• Proficient with basic math and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Uses GPS to collect main and service as-builts.
• Coordinates between company, contractor, builder, and customer at job sites.
• Ensures services are complete and data entered into CORE system.
• Verifies contractor work complies with company standards and specifications.
• Reviews worksheets for accuracy before submission.
