Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred; paralegal certification may substitute.
• 1-2 years related experience or 4+ years contract administration in lieu of degree.
• Experience with contracts in midstream energy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex legal documents.
• Review documents for adherence to terms, policies, and regulations (FERC/state).
• Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain data in management systems and support audits.
