USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Field Service Technician (14x14 Rotator) to perform maintenance and service of compression equipment. You will report to the Area Service Manager and operate with autonomy while building customer relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, on-site field work, and rotation in which you travel to customer sites across regions and provide first-line trouble-shooting support. A strong mechanical background and the ability to work outdoors are essential.

Formación

• Solid communication with customer field personnel and vendors; strong customer service.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with engines, rotating equipment or heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively and work a rotational schedule.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor, remote, and sometimes harsh environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, corrective, and major maintenance on natural gas compression equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to restore equipment performance.
• Conduct engine overhauls, compressor rebuilds, and component replacements.
• Support start-ups, shutdowns, commissioning, and optimization activities.
• Travel to assigned districts to provide temporary coverage and support new equipment deployments.
• Respond to afterhours requests on a on-call basis.
• Submit accurate maintenance reports, expense reports, timesheets and paperwork daily.
• Maintain documentation including work orders, service reports, and parts usage.
